I drink smoothies all the time because it's a great way to detox, boost energy, improve digestion, a great source of nutrition, helps with weight loss and leaves the skin more radiant and youthful. Peach Smoothie Recipe 
1 Large Fresh Peach
1 Cup of Aloe Juice
1 Half cup of Ice Cubes

Peaches are rich in nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins A & C. Peaches are also high potassium and fiber.
