Blueberries are one of my top favorite superfoods, blueberries may be small in size but, they are highly rich in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins C, E, K, B6, and nutrients. Eating blueberries not only maintain your health, They do amazing things for the skin. Antioxidants help prevent signs of aging to help your skin look more youthful and fresh. It is also known to help prevent acne, improve memory and brain health.
