Pear Banana Kale Smoothie Recipe
1 cup of kale
1 whole banana
1 cup of organic pear juice

Kale is a superfood loaded with nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins A, B6, C, K and high in iron, potassium. Kale detoxifies the body, lowers blood sugar and reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes and cancer. It also improves digestion & brain health.

Pears are high in antioxidants, vitamins C, K, fiber, iron & potassium. Pears help improve heart health, immune system, digestion and lowers blood pressure, cholesterol and helps prevent diabetes.

Bananas are high in vitamins B6, C, antioxidants, nutrients, minerals, potassium, fiber & protein. Bananas lower blood pressure, boost energy improves digestion, heart health, kidney health, reduce the risk of stroke and helps with weight loss and reduces stress.
