Smoothies are super healthy and are loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants & nutrients. Drinking smoothies can have many benefits improving your health, diet, and skin. I drink smoothies all the time because it's a great way to detox, boost energy, improve digestion, a great source of nutrition, helps with weight loss and leaves the skin more radiant and youthful. Antioxidant Rich Smoothie Recipe 
1/2 cup of diced fresh beets
1/2 cup of frozen dark cherries
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen pineapples
1 cup of ocean spray cran-cherry juice
1/2 cup of kale
1 teaspoons of ginger
