Smoothies are super healthy and are loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants & nutrients. Drinking smoothies can have many benefits improving your health, diet, and skin. I drink smoothies all the time because it's a great way to detox, boost energy, improve digestion, a great source of nutrition, helps with weight loss and leaves the skin more radiant and youthful. Mango Cucumber Smoothie Recipe
1/2  Cucumber
1 cup of sliced or frozen mango
1/2 cup of fresh mango juice

Cucumbers are made of  95% water, meaning it's super healthy, hydrating, low in calories, reduces cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, cures diabetes, promotes weight loss, helps with digestion and loaded antioxidants and vitamins.

Mangos are rich in antioxidants, nutrients, vitamins A, B6, C, fiber, potassium, and iron. Mangos also improve eyesight, boost immune system, lowers cholesterol & blood pressure, improves digestion, memory, and prevents heart disease & stroke.
