Detox with Ginger & Lemon Tea
Detoxing is a great way to refresh and cleanse your body and jumpstart your weight loss journey as well. I like to detox the first week of every month. I have been doing this for a while now and I always feel amazing after. Sometimes I like to detox for two weeks straight which works really well with eating clean and working out because this helps remove toxins and results in weight loss.

One of my favorite detox remedies is making my own tea using Ginger, Lemon & Raw Honey. This tea will naturally help cleanse the body of toxins while promoting good health.
Ginger: is high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, lowers blood sugar, reduces pain, soothes upset stomach, menstrual cramps & headache pain, and has amazing detoxing benefits,
Lemon: is rich in vitamin c, fiber, potassium, boost immune system, promotes weight loss & detoxifies the body.
Raw Honey: is loaded with powerful antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, anti-bacterial properties, treats acne, improves digestive system, boost energy, soothes a sore throat, reduce risk of diabetes,
Boil a pot of hot water
Slice up the ginger and pour into the pot
Pour lemon juice or slice lemon into the pot
after it comes to a boil pour into your cup and add some honey and you are all set

Tip: I like to drink one cup in the morning and one before bed
