Smoothies are super healthy and are loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants & nutrients. Drinking smoothies can have many benefits improving your health, diet, and skin. I drink smoothies all the time because it's a great way to detox, boost energy, improve digestion, a great source of nutrition, helps with weight loss and leaves the skin more radiant and youthful. I decided to start sharing my smoothie recipes with you guys to help you with your health journey. Enjoy!!!!!

Banana Smoothie Recipe
2 bananas
1/2 cup of ice
filtered water or 1/2 cup of almond milk
for more, protein you can add almonds or cashew nuts

Bananas are high in vitamins B6, C, antioxidants, nutrients, minerals, potassium, fiber & protein. Bananas lower blood pressure, boost energy improves digestion, heart health, kidney health, reduce the risk of stroke and helps with weight loss and reduces stress.
