You have to make that change and once you do you will feel better, be happier and have good health. If you have high blood pressure, diabetes or obesity something so simple as changing the way you eat and being more active even if it means just walking 30 mins a day can turn these health problems around and even make them go away. Believe it or not!!!!!

Tip 1: Eat Clean because this is where it starts - make enjoyable meals, smaller portions & you need more than 3 meals  a day. you can eat carbs just cut down.


Tip 2: Snack Healthier - cut out junk and replace it with fruits, nuts or dark chocolate. It's all about making smarter choices.


Tip 3: Detoxing - juicing & smoothies are a great way and best way to detox. This will naturally cleanse the body and is a great way to intake nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants from fruits and vegtables.
