Avocado Honey Hair Mask

Natural Hair Care:
Avocado Honey Hair Mask
Since my big chop I have been on my natural hair journey for 1 year and 5 months now and I have been enjoying every minute of it and embracing my natural hair. Going natural has honestly the best decision that I have ever made. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been and my way of living has become healthier as well. The number one problem that I have is dryness, my hair can become really dry at times so I have to focus on keeping as much moisture on my curls as I can. So I don't really shampoo much I mostly co-wash and deep condition this helps my hair lock in more moisture.

I decided to make my own deep conditioner using five natural ingredients and it only took me 5 minutes.
Avocado-rich in nutrients, proteins, vitamins A, D, E, B1, B6 and omega 3 and 6. Avocado is super nourishing for hair growth and restoring strength  and moisture.
Raw Organic Honey-natures best kept secret is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals deeply hydrates, softens and repairs the hair promoting healthy growth. The level of moisture that honey carries is amazing.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil-contains strong antioxidants, vitamin A and E. Olive oil helps repair dry damaged hair and seals in moisture.
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil-has amazing hair benefits. This natural oil helps the hair grow adding moisture to your scalp leaving you with softer shiny hair.
Aloe Vera-rich in vitamins and healing benefits adds extreme moisture to the hair and defines curls

After blending these ingredients in my nutribullet which only took a few seconds. I placed it in a plastic container and stored it in my refrigerator. This Avocado Honey Hair Mask came out really creamy and smooth, the results were amazing this deep conditioner left my hair super soft, hydrated and my curls were left really defined.

The mint oil is super cooling to my scalp and immediately soothes itchiness and dryness. The best thing about this product is that it removes product buildup and we all know when you have natural hair you use a lot of product. The scent smells like a glass of mimosa.

Use Coconut Oil to Remove Makeup

Skincare:
Use Coconut Oil to Remove Makeup
Removing your makeup before going to bed is very important, By not removing your makeup this can lead to breakouts due to bacteria from clogged pores. I don't always have makeup remover so one of my favorite beauty secrets and natural ways to remove my makeup is to use Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. Why???  Because Coconut oil can gently remove water-proof and long-wear makeup with no problem. Coconut Oil can be very gentle on the eye area when removing makeup. All you need is a dime to quarter size amount for your whole face massage in a circle motion, Rinse with warm water and gently pat dry with a towel. This will remove all the dirt leaving your  skin clean and hydrated.

Nutiva Coconut Oil is available at any Whole Foods Market
