My Life: Making Healthier Eating Choices

Hi to all my follower's I love you guy's so much, I want to share something with you all. In life when you want to make a change the only person who can really help you is YOU!!! This is personal but, I want to share this with you. Everyone loves food including me I have always loved sweets and I never really cared too much for fried foods but, at times I would make bad choices in the food I would choose to eat. My weight has always been up and down because sometimes I would go on diets but at some point I would fail myself It happens to the best of us. I went to the doctor's for a checkup and found out that I am at high risk for high blood pressure. I was shocked I never had high blood pressure before in my life It broke my heart... my doctor said If I lost a few pounds It could stop me from being diagnosed with high blood pressure. I was so disappointed in myself how could I let this happen, my health!!!! I am only 32 years old. I decided to make change for the rest of my life no diets because diets don't work!!!!! but, eating healthy and living healthy does work. My goal is to lose about 25 to 30 pounds right now, it's week three and I want you guys to go on my journey with me so I will be keeping you updated on my progress, I have been making healthier eating choices, no carbs after 7 or 8pm. I am so proud of myself I feel better, I already lost about 3 to 4 pounds and I know I can keep this up. Thank You for your support.
